  I was at the brilliant Frenchic Convention which was second to no other I have attended.
  
  Staff are very attentive, polite and professional at all times.
  My room numbered 210 was well set out, comfortable and really clean, one could not fault it at all.
  Facilities were excellent too.
  The staff at the hotel provided brilliant service during the convention, the chef does high standard excellent food which I definitely could not fault. Refreshments are high standard too.
  
  I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.
  
  They are excellent at providing what seemed to be faultless service to you as a visitor or as a participant in any event you are holding.
  
  Minor difficulties however for people with mobility problems getting from the car park into reception, there are a few steps to ascend, but staff are excellent in assisting without request to do so. Very attentive.
  
  All round brilliant hotel.
  
  What a wonderful experience all round.
  
  Would definitely stay longer if I am in Windsor again.

  We received excellent customer service throughout our stay, with every member of staff just simply saying "good morning/evening" and with a smile on their face. Breakfast was of excellent standard and in a nice environment. We had dinner in the bar on the evening of our stay and we received 5 star treatment. The best service we have received in the U.K. For a long time. The only criticism was the size of the bathroom but this was the only point to flag...well done and can't wait to return...
