  The room was lovely. Breakfast was also quite nice. However, a bit disappointed on the service. Very slow, and not very friendly.

  This is my new favorite hotel in Windsor! The outside fits in with the old feel of the town, but the inside is very modern and well appointed. The lobby is very nice and has a bar and restaurant in it. The food was phenomenal and so was the breakfast! The rooms are great here. Big bathrooms clean, extremely comfortable beds and great views of the castle! I can not wait to visit here again!

  Very smart hotel in perfect location for a visit to the Castle. Our classic room was spacious and had a quality feel. I think the bed was a double rather than a king size so if your used to a KS it will seem small. Great bathroom and quality toiletries. As with hotels of this standard the drinks are pricey but good selection of quality wines available. Lovely breakfast with good selection. Staff are friendly and professional. They have a valet car park which was a bonus but will cost £30 per night. Overall a great choice if you want a central location in a quality hotel.

  A 5 Star hotel from start to finish. The location is fantastic, right across the road from Windsor Castle in the centre of Windsor. The staff are all extremely helpful and friendly. They made us feel very welcome. The bedroom was clean with a very comfortable bed. Lastly the food was excellent and the Restaurant had great service. I would definitely recommend eating at the Scottish Steakhouse. Thank you to everyone at the Macdonald Windsor hotel for making our stay and my partners birthday so special.

  Stayed for a few nights on business. Very elegant hotel. After previous hotel on this trip, the soft comfy beds were a dream come true. Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here next time I'm around on business.
